The 2-hour Premier Holistic Balancing Session begins with a posture analysis and gait assessment with treatment goals and desired results as our focus. The benefit of this session is it can address issues that are related to electrical imbalances via acupuncture meridians that affect posture and movement. Taking a functional movement approach, we uncover the cause of musculoskeletal pain to identify and properly treat it.

From the initial contact affirmative prayer begins regarding the condition or diagnosis from the attending physician/veterinarian if the visit is for rehabilitative services. The prayer, written by Albert  Schweitzer is to bring awareness of the grandness of creation. 

 

“We pray today, O God, for our friends, the animals, especially for animals who are suffering; for animals that are over-worked, under-fed, and cruelly treated; for all wistful creatures in captivity that beat their wings against bars; for any that are lost or deserted or hungry; for all that must be put to death. We pray for them all; and for those who deal with them, we hope for a heart of compassion, gentle hands, and kindly words. We would be true friends to animals.”

An essence test using kinesiology is given to balance the electrical system during the session. If essences are needed, they are given either by ingesting or topically applied.

​

Therapeutic Touch balanced the energy fields surrounding the body clearing stagnant or thick energy out of the field and raising the hemoglobin content of the blood oxygenating tissue.

​

Muscle testing of the human and surrogate testing for the horse or dog is done to strengthen and balance muscles using Touch For Health. A walk on an incline to stimulate and activate the meridian balancing, if possible, is done.

​

Holistic Orthopedic massage with Myofascial EquiRelease and hot or cold therapy with Equiball and Equitape is applied if indicated.

​

Test to see if any stabilizers are needed and dosage.

 

Treatment notes with aftercare will be provided.   

                                   

Please Note - The Premier Holistic Balancing is perfect for clients who do their own daily bodywork on horses and want an overall body balancing on a yearly basis. For functionality and mobility issues a more frequent treatment schedule may be required initially.
